so far they seem to be quality shock, good ride, good travel, not to stiff

great sounding beautiful guitar
1 of 1 found this helpful The Gibson Songwriter deluxe Custom is one amazing guitar. Sound great with a warm and powerful projection. Play-ability is wonderful, great set up. The Fishman Ellipse Aura soundhole pickup is easy to use but does go thru batteries (get lithium) which last about 50hrs. The craftsmanship is second to none, this guitar is beautiful. The inlays are stunning, abalone sparkles, finish is flawless. Like I said what a guitar, I love it. This 2012 guitar was like new and was a great buy.
