If you're looking for a top-of-the-line workhorse...
An industrial grade product, up to the task of high-volume usage. Best match possible of quality to versatility. The initial setup is a little tedious. But very easy after that. Also, more sanitary than K-cups systems, because a touchless brew system. Downsides - Flavia has a limited variety of drink selections. Wish they had a non-dairy froth. Also, very heavy to move this machine. Would not want to have to take it in for service, or move it up a flight of stairs.
