Great TV. Weird store. Delivery up charge attempt.
Great TV. Currently playing Xbox Series X games and streaming movies and tv shows. Playing games in 4K 120 FPS. The game mode and movie mode settings are great. The TV’s HDMI 2.1 to HDMI eArc Pass through works great (the work around for the HDMI 2.1 bug with my AVR) .
The store tried to up charge me the day of delivery saying that they would only deliver curb side. I live in a condo in the city with an elevator. The TV is 75” with the box being even bigger. They wanted to up charge me to white glove service. I refused to pay anymore. Long story short they delivered it and placed it in my condo and insisted on opening it to take photos of the display to ensure it wasn’t damaged. I was happy it wasn’t damaged but I did not want the TV opened until I had time to mount it and why try to up charge me for white glove service when all I wanted was for the TV to be delivered to my door and the guys were going to do it anyway.
