    Awful second hand nonsense
    Tv came faulty, very slow, lagged and half the apps on it did not work. But the biggest one was the “frozen screen” no Wi-Fi working on a smart tv. (The thing was down right shoddy right out of the box) So of course I sent it off to repair. (I missed the 30 days return since one of their “lovely” advisors proposed every other solution than getting my money back- by returning the item) Be careful, after 30 days you’re stuck with a hunk of junk that will be problematic. And it only has parts warranty for it. Anyway; sent it off, it came back; it’s functioning a lot better. No lags, apps are working. Why was it not like this the first time out of the box? Of course it develops even further faults- it won’t turn off and on consistently. Light blinks rapidly and it just remains off. Sent it off again, (at this rate there is no way I’ll be seeing my money again) they are now refusing to fix it because “lack of packaging has damaged the item somehow” How? Can it not turn on? Are you unable to fix the initial Problems, why? Anyway, there you have it. Second hand nonsense, waste of time; waste of everything. Add a little more money and buy yourself a decent tv. Because this isn’t worth the back and forth hassle. It hasn’t even been a year yet, only a few short months. Terrible, awful service.
