Nice audio quality
Pros: 5.1 mix is very very good, full of ambience w/o being overbearing/fakey. The stereo mix in high resolution also sounds excellent. Cons: As it is a blu ray, it is not easy to transfer at least the stereo version to your PC as an MP3.

Comes a little short
The main con this item has is that, as mentioned in various audiophile forums, the bass is pretty weak. Compared to the beautifully mastered EYE IN THE SKY 5.1 Blu Ray, this issue of AMMONIA AVENUE does not carry the same punch, mainly because of the lack of such mentioned bass frequencies.
The album itself, of course, is very very good. Some may say even better than EYE IN THE SKY, although the latter is the way more famous album from the Alan Parsons Project.
I thought playing a little with the equalizer, and amplifying the bass frequencies would help, but that was not the case, as seemingly, some of those frequencies are totally missing (so there is nothing to amplify). Of course, this may be system dependent. Maybe other audiophile systems are able to capture what little is there and amplify them well.
This release also includes the HD stereo files, which is nice. But for me, the main purpose to get this release was the 5.1, and again, although nice, it was not amazing.
