Wonderful story; started me on the road to meditation

I heard Dan Harris interviewed and thought I'd check out the book. Well.....it got me started on meditation and I have listened to his podcasts and do meditation regularly now. I was a fairly even-keeled and happy person to begin with but now I understand how we function and when things do go south, I can stay centered. If there is one book that has helped me move further toward mindfulness and being happier and centered, this is it. Thank you, Dan.

No stickiness or stiffness

First bought this at Paul Mitchell and loved it right away. I keeps hair in place w/o stickiness. I suppose if you want a spiky look this wouldn't work but for most other styles, this is a good product.

Adds body without a lot of weight

I like using a curling iron for my hair but sometimes the hair is too soft to hold the curl. This product (which I first bought at the Paul Mitchell salon) takes care of this problem. It's also good for defining some hair strands - separating them from the rest. I like the messy hair look and Re-Works helps me get and keep it.
