  Back seat purchased as a gift for my sister was sent in a light-weight cardboard box (no padding). It was listed as "like new" but clearly showed signs of wear in which case I would not have purchased it as a gift. UPS delivered the damaged box to my sister who reported it to me with photos of the damaged box and the worn seat. Eventually I received my initial money back via PayPal, but am still out the 67 dollars and change that it cost me to properly bubble wrap and UPS it back to seller.

  I packed this item adequately and it was in "like new" condition when I sent it but UPS damaged it in shipping. I accepted the buyers return and gave her credit which is standard practice. It's hard to believe she spent $67 dollars on the return shipping when I was able to ship it to her for $17. This buyer was very demanding and trouble from the start.
