NO Customer Service

I tried this product in multiple vehicles and it would not detect any radar signals. I contacted the company and they told me to ship the unit to them and they would fix or replace it. After three weeks of not hearing back from them I sent them three emails and left two voice mails. I still have not heard back from them. Now I am out the purchase price as well as a radar detector.
