Excellent Family Movie
A truly excellent film from the same team that brought us E.T. and the writer of Indian and the Cupboard. Good for parents as well a kids. Captivating story. Not stuffed full of political viewpoints.
Fair amount of action and tense sense which might be a lot for younger kiddos, potentially.

Feel-good classic from Nintendo
Kirby Dream Land II is really awesome. You have to know what you're getting into -- it's by no means a hard game, and the graphics are nothing more than cute. If that is your cup of tea (how could Kirby not be your cup of tea??) then this game is up your alley.
It's also just kind of a feel-good game.

Simple but very fun!
It's a PS2 game...if you aren't into older games then this one isn't for you. I play this one somewhat for nostalgia but also just because it's a simple game with enough to do and think about.
Can't stand how these modern day games ask you for your entire life...Dynasty Warriors 4 is a perfect amount of story, RPG elements, and gameplay. It's a great way to veg out on the weekends!
