It Does Help
X-rays confirmed issues with the #5/6 and #6/7 neck vertebrae. The posture pump was recommended by my Chiropractor to help relieve pressure and minimize or prevent further deterioration of those discs and current/future pain.
It's crazy looking contrapction but does indeed work You can feel the difference soon after use. the .posturepump website provided a good video demonstration.
