Another Great Addition to My Train Board
The product came to me just as advertised. It did have one little piece broken off, but, was easily corrected. When you rate items you are asked if it is durable. By its very nature the Feed Mill is not durable. It is small, loaded with small parts and projections and must be handled with care. However, for what it is, it is durable. Do I recommend it? Yes very much so. I have been building kits for my train for some time now and it was great to open a box and place the new building on the layout. Is it entertaining. Well it just sits their. It has built in lighting which will add to its realism. I may work to change the name that is on the building, but other than that it is wonderful.

An Entertaining Flat Car!
About this product I answered three questions. One: Is it durable? Yes, as much as it can be being a N scale flat car. It is small and has very small details and could easily be broken. But anyone who knows and uses N Scale products is aware that they are by their very nature fragile.
Two: Do I recommend the product? Absolutely yes. It is a good model, for a very small model it is well detailed and I would make the same purchase again if I needed to or wanted to. Three: Is it entertaining. Of course it is. I wouldn't be in the hobby if I didn't find it entertaining... challenging and fun to do. I am very happy with the product and would highly recommend it to family or friends.
