Great ammo backup
It holds 45 colt ammo great, I bought these to hold ammo for back up when carrying my Bond arms derringer

Quality, and functional
I haven't used these yet, but have tried in my 1911. They seem to lock in place correctly, and shoot out when I press the release. They seem to be made of quality material, and workman ship.

Carrier for backup ammo
It’s a good way to hold backup rounds for a revolver, for fast reloading. Its also a way to carry ammo in the belly holster pockets designed to carry a magazine.
