  Superlative Seller. All aspects of sale were excellent. Item exactly as described; Shipped immediately; cost of packaging and shipping quite reasonable; and quality of item a great value for my collection. HOWEVER!!!! The packaging stood out the most--to protect against todays negligent carriers. This was packed knowing they'd try to break the fragile item--dropping it, kicking it, putting an elephant on top of it. Go ahead UPS/FED EX--try to break this delicate item. You won't. Great Seller!!!

  I was never so happy to open a package! Although, I have purchased many beautiful items thru eBay, I thought the package was lost or stolen! It arrived today and when I opened it and I saw the three beautiful kittens, I cried! I recently had two packages tampered with and several items stolen! So back to feedback! A really precious and wonderful figurine of kittens! Beautiful quality and condition! Very nice pricing, as well! Fast shipping from seller, not do fast by USPS! Packaged we!! Thanks!!

  I purchased hummingbird chimes from this seller and Paid $17.16. Unfortunately, when I received it, it paled compared to the picture. I told them I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and that I want a refund. I have to return it to them and they will give me a refund of $5.00. This is why I don't like purchasing things on line. It looks good and then you receive it and it isn't. If I purchase in a big box store, I get the full amount back. I would never do business with this seller again!!!
