  The phone arrived 1 day late. I was notified by tracking that this would be the case. The condition is good. The packaging was adequate. This was an open box phone. I expected the batterey to be very good. I am dissapointed that it does not last very long on a full charge. I dont believe that it is actually new.seems. The price was very reasonable.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! Worst experience I've ever had on ebay, after over a thousand transactions. The package didn't move for almost two weeks, I requested a refund three times, and was refused. It finally arrived, 12 days after the latest delivery estimate, and the package was damaged! They sent a "new" cell phone in plastic packaging and a regular flimsy envelope! I started a return, but I don't trust this seller to refund me so I'll keep it.
