Short structured segments!
love the workouts. characters are engaging. short, targeted segments. gives you the freedom to stop and continue later. I just wish they would have included more workouts on abs.

Awesome technique!
The book teaches you how to implement thinking skills by breaking down the process by giving real examples and techniques. This book is especially for kids (and adults) who have difficulty understanding and comprehending what they read and following what ppl are asking or say to them. Its a smart book which I already used the first time I worked with my student. It’s definitely geared for one on one teaching.

lightweight with great features"
The book has great practical tips for kids to gain power and for self esteem!! bought it for my 11 year old daughter and I definitely see a difference.
