It is what it says.
Good driver. I usually use a Callaway X16 with similar settings. This definitely launches the ball higher with more carry, perfect on soft soggy fairways with not much roll. I'm looking forward to seeing how it compares as the fairways firm up. It looks and feels like a quality club and would definitely consider Cleveland products in future.
