  4 days after purchase and seeing a shipping label created, I reached out to ask when the item was going to be sent out. He said he messaged me that the item was already sold and he tried issuing me a refund but couldn’t. I informed him that he did not message me at all and asked how the item was already sold if I won the auction and he said his wife sold it in another platform. I had to contact ebay to get my refund which took another week. Terrible service and communication.
