Loses connectivity
0 of 1 found this helpful Service was good. Unit is really great when it works. But when it loses connectivity to the internet one has to be physically at home to reset it. That deems the unit unreliable. I went away and forgot to turn the heating off - it powered for three days and nights.... terrible.
