    Although the item arrived late, it was not the fault of the seller. It was the fault of none other than USA President Donald J. Trump, who temporarily interrupted shipments to USA from China. Communicaiton with the seller was top notch. When it became known that the package was being returned to the seller due to the temporary export restrictions, and the restrictions were lifted, the sell immediately shipped another package to me to fulfil my order and that one arrived quickly. Great seller!

    Initially I ordered a remote that was incompatible with my system at home, I discovered this when the seller was concerned I hadn't ordered a controller unit with it. They canceled and refunded my original order and pointed me to a comparable product that met my needs. I ordered that and it arrived early. I have it, and it is exactly what I needed.     I purchased this watch band along with several others at the same time. They were appropriately packed together and shipping was surprisingly quick considering the products were shipped from China. The price was good, initial quality is fine, and the bands all look they way they did in the listing photos, so no surprises there. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase.

    item as described. Note that seller use bulk shipping via third party that means relabeling the package with a new shipment ID in order to save money. For us customers that means two things. 1) I cannot trace the package after it arrives my country (12 days after sending). Then the third party customs and relabeling process (with new shipment ID that is NOT informed to the recipient) took 14 more days. Total 12+14 days. The package is now delivered, but not according to ebay tracking number...
