Yale KEL 1/2 ton electric hoist

Said it was in good working order. Hooked up power and no run. Been working with diagram and so far the starter relay or the the voltage transformer to it is bad. The way the cord was cut there is no way it could have been tested. The motor runs ok when you manually operate the starter relay. Was not much of a good deal after all. A lot of money for something that not working.
