GREAT FOR DARK AND BAGGY EYES
1 of 1 found this helpful I have tried so many eye cream over 20 years until i find this 3 years ago/ Great product it is smooth and gentle on your sensitive baggy eyes. I use it in the morning also under makeup and even at night .It need only a small amount to apply gently and you can see the difference almost immediately..Highly recommended. I hope this won't disappear from the market.
