  My order was paid on September 20, the item was not sent out till the 25th, and actually posted as of the 26th per USPS label. Attempts to contact the seller at the end of September to get a tracking number or any information yielded zero response, even though I communicated to them that this is a supplement on which my elderly dog depends. New item, but the box was already a little crumpled inside the mailer.
