Horrible!!
The parent unit has died on me 3 times after having it replaced each time! I will never buy this item again. They have even tried replacing the camera itself and nothing seems to help. Honestly the worst monitor I have ever owned.

Not Reliable!!
I have had 3 of these in one year!! All of them have broken. They were brand new and I have tried the dust free lightweight litter. I only have one cat using it who was an average size cat. I set it up correctly even with the manufacturer on the phone with me. Nothing works!! I would never waste my money on this product again. So disappointing!! I love petsafe products as I have other ones as well. Unfortunately this is not good quality. Do not waste your money.
