Wrong size

my printer does not recognize the ink cartage's. I was to by support that this is the one but still no printing.

Great computer for the price.

The laptop arrived fast. Once powered up it ran very slowly. Blote ware. Once I cleaned it out I installed the free windows 10 and all is fine as of the first week.
