Good shield holder, poor wallet
1 of 1 found this helpful If all you need is a case to hold your shield and ID, this is fine. If you need a wallet to go along with it, find the product that combines both.

Take the good with the bad
11 of 11 found this helpful As a loyal BB user since the very first model, I have very mixed feelings. The Classic is by far the best device since the Bold. I like the device itself very much. It's leagues better than the Z/Q10 (I haven't used the Passport or Priv). The problem is the new desktop software, BB Link. It's absolutely horrible. I rely on Microsoft Outlook for my contacts and calendar. Unlike the BlackBerry Desktop Software, which was fast and seamless when syncing with Outlook, BB Link can literally take an hour or more to sync the contacts. Also, the file sharing features of Link are infuriatingly limited and rigid. It's simply unacceptable for a businessperson to have such a plodding, inferior interface with his/her PC. The Apple and Andriod interfaces are worlds ahead. Indeed, I'm considering giving up the BlackBerry for good as a result of this problem.
