  Ordered kayak cradle for car 6/7. It arrived 6/30 after - a few attempts to contact seller 6/13-17 due no movement on the order. I got a response on 6/19 - reason was their phone was broken and they forgot about eBay.“ I am not a professional seller,” He said. I wrote that I understood 6/19. Opened eBay issue 6/19 - earliest allowed. 6/23-24 contacted seller as label made but no ship. He replied w/receipt pic and said shipping out. Item is comparable but different than pic.
