  Seller listed this item as "new/sealed", but it was not. After confronting the seller about it being used (the obvious evidence was that he had left 2 batteries in the remote and his user name was still in the Roku account info), he said he "forgot" to state in the listing that he had tried it out in his house. Pretty big "omission" IMO. Seller did offer a full refund if I returned it, but it seemed to be working OK and I didn't want the hassle to do that and then have to buy another one.

  you forget to mintion that you requested 50% discount otherwise you will open a dispute, and I replied, it is a cheap way to blackmail honest sellel 100% with ebay since 2000, over 25 years with perfect record.
