These are not the jacks you are looking for
2 of 3 found this helpful First, the color of the jack in the picture is not representative. The jack is black nickel but its color is more of a semi-transparent black over chrome. It is not black.
Secondly, I had to scrape the nickel from the terminals to be able to solder to them.
Bottom line, if you want black, these are better than chrome, but not by a lot. And with the soldering issues, they are of questionable worth.
