The seller's logistics partner also mislaid the item or otherwise got stuck for a over a week before reaching USPS. I wanted to return the item at my own expense for a refund, but after a series of exchanges, seller finally refunded without requiring a return. Didn't feel great about keeping the item, but seller deserves 5 stars for ongoing communication and for the refund. Thanks!
