Infra-Red is a good heating source for the energy used
I like the amount of radiant heat it puts out. If it had a fan it would even be better, but it is a radiant design which is ok.
The only neg. thing about it, it dont have a thermastat to turn it on or off, also, the out side of the unit gets a little hotter then i would like to see.
