The USPS *said* it had been delivered when indeed it had NOT, but it did eventually get here, and incorrect tracking by the USPS is not the seller's fault.     Be careful when ordering items with non rechargeable batteries. Seller would have had to tear sealed package apart to check them rendering product unsellable . The dead batteries were not his fault. He was very prompted with the service
