They were very bright, almost neon, when one arrived about 3-4 weeks after placing the order. It has been over a month and I still haven't received the second rug. I have requested refunds of these rugs but have received very little communication from the seller, and the refunds have not been processed. They told me to keep the rug and offered me a 30% refund of the purchase price. Would not buy again.
