  The item was obviously not in New condition. The jacket has several areas of wear and tear. The head of the figure popped off the neck and barely remains on the figure. The joints of the figure are very loose. Overall, the quality of the item is poor. Buyer beware when purchasing from this seller. I do not know why sellers are being allowed to list an item as New when they know it is not. It also has an odd smell. I will have to do a lot of fixes for this figure. eBay needs to stop bad sellers.

  This item is 100% new and released 2010-2019 as stated. This item is not factory sealed so I was able to open it for once and took photo of what's inside. I am an responsible/honest seller(refer my previous feedbacks) as opposite of what you describe. I response with great details/photos at request. I am surprised you didn't contact me if you have issues, instead of doing that you go straight bashing me without giving me a chance to respond.
