Shipping was prompt and packaging was super secure. The seedling arrived with very moist substrate despite being in transit for a week (as USPS had sent it to Colorado, while I’m in California). This time the package took nearly 3 weeks to even get shipped out to me, no offer to upgrade shipping or to return the plant. It took nearly 2 weeks to finally receive a message that stated their shipper was out sick and wouldn’t be in for another week. For a company this big you would think they have more than 1 person capable of shipping a box.
