Everything I want, nothing I don't!

Hooray! NO Camera, NO microphone, NO Alexa! I was very unhappy when my beloved old Kindle Fire (3rd generation, 2013) stopped working. I ordered the current 7 inch Fire Tablet, and disliked it intensely; it wouldn't let me control the apps that showed on the home screen; I had to put electrical tape on the !@#$% cameras and mic (I like my privacy), and make sure that Alexa didn't reactivate when there was a software upgrade. It also feels cheap. I was delighted to find an identical replacement for my old tablet. No fuss, no camera, no microphone, no Alexa. I love it.
