Filter fits, just doesn't work !

The filter fits fine, but the water comes out in a small stream compared to what it use to . You can see the size difference in the picture I posted. The one on the left is the new one, and the one on the right is my old one. Quite a big difference. My replacement filter light does not go off now, it stays on after replacing with the new filter. I bought four of these filters, wasted my money.
