Jarrow is is a very good company. the MagMind product is one of the few Magnesium products designed to penetrate the brain barrier. Having been in the Health Field for a number of years, this product I've found to be stronger and more effective in keeping my body inflammation at manageable levels. Other magnesium products have worked nearly as well.
