This tool is a jewel!
The Topeak Alien Ii. This is a wonderful multitool designed for the avid cyclist.
As a cyclist you KNOW that things happen: screws slowly come loose, bolts seize, your tires get punctured. Heck, your bottle cages start making a racket!
With the Alien II you have nearly all the tools you need to handle an emergency. Loose spokes? There's a couple spoke wrenches. Your pedals need tightening? There's a pedal wrench that'll help you tighten them until you get home and pull out the big wrenches. Heck, there's a chain tool that'll help you get home should you break your chain at any moment.
A small package at an extremely affordable price! Look, there may be less expensive multitools available. There may even be more expensive tools. Still, most bang for the buck? The Topeak Alien II has you covered.
Spring the extra dough. Don't go for the twelve or fifteen dollar options. Get the Topeak, and you will have a tool that'll last you many years.

Solid build and smooth as butter
Friends, have you ridden your wheels to their final death? Have you ever overhauled a rear hub only to find out the freehub is busted, the bearings are small cubes, and the cones are actually your pointy head because you didn't keep up with the maintenance?
That was me until I finally found out I couldn't grease or oil my freehub anymore. The purls were slipping, some of the bearings were horribly scored, and the driveside cone had scores that would make a soccer fan proud. The rear hub was shot.
After checking I found the Novatec F192SB rear hub while searching in ebay. Checked reviews (not many), checked the catalog (beautifully made), and checked my bank account. I decided to purchase it based on price and manufacture.
Surprise, surprise! SEALED bearings! The freehub arrived greased beautifully. The hub itself was solid, hefty to the hand, and finely crafted. I gave it a spin: it was so smooth it was a dream!
I rebuild my wheel with the hub, tensed it properly, and went for a ride. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! No slip, no creaking, no humming. The purls were heard only while riding near a wall! The mechanism gripped without fail. Even the cassette feels different because of the silence!
Get the hub. Build your wheel. The item's quality of manufacture is precise and excellent! Can't go wrong with such a beautifully crafted hub.

Among the best tires ever!
1 of 1 found this helpful Kenda tires have the advantage of great technological innovation and testing by the choosiest of users: the professional peloton.
As a regular user, an extremely plus-sized one, the Kenda Kriterium Endurance tires are among the most reliable and strogest tires tried. Tried the Schwalbe, tried the Continentals, but the Kendas last longer. Using the Endurance line helps maintain the glass and staples out of the tire and the air in.
I like the fact the tires are so well-built. Used them for the last two years and love them on.
