First impressions
It is totally unresponsive - As yet, I cannot rule out user error! Awaiting feedback from NCE and will amend my review if, indeed, it is user error. PS - NOW SEE BELOW.
Some user error was involved - now working with input from NCE! Don't read the bit about Windows 10 blocking driver installation. Also, I had to connect the interface to the Powercab as well as to the laptop to initiate driver download, whereas I thought connection to the Powercab must only be made after the driver was successfully installed.
