wrong batteries
you didn't send me two batteries for my craftsman14.4 volt drill or charger. you sent me two batteries[ like the two I just bought] for my Dewalt14.4. I hope I didn't pay for these, because I am not rewrapping them and sending them back. the people who work there should know the difference between a Dewalt and a craftsman battery. your mistake just cost you a customer---------for good!!!!!
