Complete upgrade
The original disposer that came with the house was a rusted piece of worn out junk and 1/3hp. This disposer is 3/4 and what a difference in quality, quietness and the ability to do what a disposer is supposed to do. Often times some points are exaggerated to compel you to purchase something, but this disposer is worth every penny I spent on it. My old insinkerator flange didn't match up with this so that bgg had to be changed, but that was minor. I did have to have someone else to install for me as I am unable, but it wasn't a difficult install and the finished product is very agreeable to me when I have to look down in the cabinet. I would recommend this to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their disposal unit.

A better overall option
Does what it's supposed to do and doesn't include ADT type contracts and fees! A great value imo.

NCAA Football 10 (Playstation 3, 2009) review
1 of 1 found this helpful this game is awesome. it has a high fun factor that will keep you playing for hours. the expectations of landing new recruits to enhance your program to elite status is also a great feature. the road to glory focuses on your student athelete and what they go through on a weekly basis juggling time for class, studying, practice and gameday. the game is a keeper and needs to become part of everyone that is a college football fan. not only that an "EA SPORTS" fan!
my only cons for this game is I am not a big fan of the right analog stick and prefer to use the buttons which to my disappointment were not customizable to my liking. I am old school and don't like the use of a million buttons to perform simple actions, while others may see this as a great tool to really throw themselves into the game it is a turnoff for me. Nevertheless, the game is still rated high for me and I wouldn't hesitate to buy this game if I didn't already own it!
