  Seller (although on east coast) was easy to interact with, did exactly what they said and returned the item slightly faster than predicted. (Can't do anything about ground shipping speeds). Since the local vendor (repair facility for honda) for these items (car instrument cluster) has closed doors it was reassuring that this shop could (and did!) the work at a good price.   As advertised, fast turn around! About the only thing that worked on this cluster before I sent it in was the speedometer, they fixed all the problems. I will recommend this service to anyone I encounter needing the same repair. Great communication, they answered my questions within the hour of asking.   Cluster was fixed and send back fast, thank you Shipping time was as expected about 5 business days, to Florida and 5 back to California the price was fair, about the same what I paid on my ups account
