Plastic back rest and no hardware?
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm let down by the lack of quality in the packing and the plastic back rest insert. I bought 2. The 1st carton didn't come with any hardware to put it together. The 2nd carton looked like somebody literally took a handful of screws and washers and threw them in the box. So after a trip to the local hardware store for the proper nuts and bolts, assembly was easy. When they say wood and cast iron, that is untrue. The prebuilt back rest is wood and plastic meant to look like cast iron and one came broken. Quite disappointing.
