Great Starter Bow
6 of 6 found this helpful This is an awesome value for a sub $350 crossbow. I bought two of these for my adult sons and we have shot 100+ bolts through them so far. The bow is a little on the heavy side, which is expected for a bow in this price range. I have seen the published weight anywhere from 6-8 lbs for the setup that has the red/green dot scope, quiver and 3 arrows included. I added a shoulder strap and the total weight is 9 lbs. The scope comes with 3 vertical dots for sighting different ranges. We sighted 30, 40, and 50 yds. The red/green dot sight is a really awesome sight. It allows you to easily sight on a moving target due to a wide field of view. It is also very easy to sight on a target with both eyes open, unlike closing one eye to sight a reticle scope. However, the one advantage a reticle scope has, you don't have to turn it on to use it. If you jump a deer using the red/green dot scope, you have to turn he scope on, then take the bow off safety. You could carry the bow without the safety on to eliminate a step, but I prefer safety on. I have a multi-reticle scope and it has 5 different sighting lines, but I think I like the red/green dot better. The only other negative I can think of is the bow is pretty loud, which could be an issue if taking a shot longer than 30-40 yds.

Awesome Light, So Far
I really can't say how well this light is built, or how long it will last. But, it seems to be well built. I have had several of the Cree type headlamps and this has been my favorite by far. The zoom is what I like the most about this light. The light zooms from a really wide beam to a tight spot. I camp and fish before and after daylight a lot. This light zooms wider than any light I have had and I really like that. The battery life is decent, especially if you use it on the low power, which is still bright enough for things like walking, setting up camp, etc. I think I'm going to buy a couple more for backup.

Awesome gadget.
I purchased this to look at small electronic circuitry and to be able to take pictures of defects. It works fantastic! I'm extremely pleased with the results.
