Machine has its share of problems, both electronics & mechanical. When working it is fast.
this machine is a big improvement over their previous model. Warms to temperature in 20 seconds it's also not as noisy and shot size programmable ,When it works..this one did not adjust, meaning programming is not working. Also after a few days does not activate the capsule properly so U only get hot water instead of coffee but if U partially lift and re-close quickly, then it punctures the capsule and coffee comes out. AT best I would estimate that only about 40% of the machine is working !!! But to this company's benefit if U show proper purchase info. they will replace the machine.
