Useless Upgrade Not Worthy Of Franklin
Pathetic Performance compared to the previous Franklin Chambers 108. A pity that the Company does not realise that when they have an excellent product they have to alter it (called upgrading!!) by people who obviously are not as competent as their former designers. Fortunately my 108 still has a bit of life left, after many years of very helpful usage, but the new Franklin has been consigned to the dustbin; the only place fit for it. Sorry Franklin Many friends who regularly do crosswords are in total agreement and I would like to think that Franklin would listen to our comments and do us all a favour by reproducing the Chambers 108. Fingers crossed!!!

Ink Easily Wiped Off
Good obliteration only on absorbent paper but because the ink is not indelable it is easily wiped off on most papers which rather defeats the object!!!

Good Quality .Does exactly what it should. Would have given 5* if it hadn't been quite so heavy!!
