Good product but the zquiet worked better for me but you should try everything
1 of 1 found this helpful If you have sleep apnea you must try everything. In the world of TRDs - Tongue Restraining Devices there are three kinds I have found:
GMSS - this device
"the pacifier" - amazon
"SNORE DOC" - facsimile's on ebay
My tongue kept falling out of this device. The pacifier doesn't fit in your mouth as well but has better tongue suction. The snore doc variety has too much suction. The best was to take the pacifier and trim the outsides and fit the bulb within the GMSS. But still my tongue was too sore... couldn't fall asleep easily.
For me the zquiet solved my sleep apnea. Not a doctor but you should try every MAD - Mandibular Advancement Devices and every TRD. You never know which one you will like better. Every night I get a great nights sleep.
Try it, you might like it.

super easy to swap out 250 GB drive
This drive actually came with an Acronis disc close trial that allowed for very quick, easy migration from my old HD to this new one. Within 2 hours I had swapped out the drives and was upgraded to 500 GB
