  I received these car mats today and I'm very happy with the quality of them and they were a very reasonable price. I had an issue with the courier saying they'd attempted a delivery but I contacted the seller who told me they were still in the depot. The seller was very helpful and offered me the option of a refund but I'm glad I didn't take them up on their offer as I'm more than happy with my purchase!! Would highly recommend this seller to family and friends!

  Dispatch felt a little slow, but the mats arrived well packaged. The passenger mat did not have the holes for clips and the clips as advertised where not included. Seller have me a £3 refund and I had to go and buy clips and fixings. Communication was good when I raised the issue and was dealt with swiftly. Although a few niggles, it was a positive experience. The mats are now fitted and looks fantastic.

  Ordered 2 only 1 came contacted seller who said he would look into it had to chance them up with very little response, was given a refund on the 1 that didn’t come , only criticism is I would have preferred to just have another sent out instead of refund but didn’t get the choice I’m quite shocked as I’ve bought from this seller a few times, don’t let it put you off cause it’s the first time I’ve experienced a problem with this seller & I will use them again

  Very poor communication, delayed despatch even though tracking number provided item not despatched to courier for over a week. This product is not car carpet as advertised and does not arrive as the pictures show either. Poorly packaged as its not on a roll it's taken off the roll then folded into the smallest size they can manage. I decided against sending back as It isn't worth the hassle. I DO NOT recommend this seller and won't use again. Would be negative only I've kept the product.
