How is this suitable for turbo trainers?
How is this suitable for turbo trainers? Pretty sure most turbo trainers are used for geared bikes - this can only be a fixed wheel and the lever is too clunky for my turbo trainer and the opposite end is just a small bit of plastic that I can't see working either. Caveat emptor - you live and you learn.

Works on induction hob with care
Only one batch of pancakes made. I think there may be a sweet spot in temperature that I did not hit. The base is slightly convex and the first side cooked was often well cooked in the middle but barely cooked on the outside, whereas the other side cooked very evenly.
