  I'm leaving positive feedback despite my reservations... This is my second purchase and both times I had to "Chase my purchase down" Seller uses some raggedy shipping company and the purchases are delivered in a plastic shipping envelope at the last minute... Boxes crushed... Thankfully Item wasn't damaged. Also, seller sends a bogus USPS tracking number when pressed for delivery info. and then is delivered by said shipping company. So kinda shady to say the least. Seller does communicate...

  Good communication with seller. There was an issue with the description of the product which he fixed quickly in addition to offering a discount to make up for it. Although the shipping is free, you get what you pay for. The item was shipped in a thin plastic bag mailer and resulted in the figures packaging getting damaged most likely from other packages smashing it. I’d recommend they just charge a little to cover the cost of a box for the benefit of any collectors.

  Received the wrong item. The product was still in the bag but out of the box when it arrived. I noticed a rip on the pizza it was holding. (I ordered the pineapple one). Contacted the seller and they offered a $5 refund only after I contacted them several times. They said they'd give me a 20% discount if I repurchased but then I would be $30 down. Either way it's a loss for me. I understand mistakes happen but that is just my experience.

  Item arrived sooner than expected. In fact, ebay still hasn't provided the tracking. Arrived today in protective bubble wrap. Although the box itself is a bit bent, the stuff on the inside is what counts and nothing is broke or missing. Nice quality and good price.
